One of the main sources of cholesterol for the body is food. The main foods containing cholesterol are fatty meat, eggs, and dairy products. But this is not the only source. For example, the liver also produces cholesterol, and this process can be enhanced by the saturated and trans fats we eat.

To avoid problems with cholesterol, it is important to follow a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet. Regular physical activity, rejection of bad habits and rational nutrition are the keys to the health of your heart.

No less important is the role of genetics in the development of cholesterol. Some people may be prone to high blood cholesterol even with a healthy lifestyle. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct regular medical examinations for early detection of cholesterol problems.

Cholesterol is not just a substance that needs to be controlled. It is a complex and important part of our body, and the right approach to its control can significantly improve the quality of our life and health.
